Description
Carrot Yellow is the traditional classic carrot root shape in a golden yellow shade. Yellow carrots will grow to 15 cm long and are extremely tender and sweet with the record of being a sweeter carrot than the Orange! Very popular for the raw carrot use.
Prefers sandy soils but very tolerant to a range of growing conditions.
Non-GMO, recognised as an Heirloom carrot became domesticated in Central Asia as early as the 9th Century.
