Queensland Blue Pumpkin is a mid sized deep blue/green toned Pumpkin with deep noticeable ribs. Sweet flavour and a rich golden orange flesh to appeal to the eye it has an superb aroma and flavour. With flat top and bottom the bulging yet rounded Pumpkin is semi dense. Queensland Blue is slightly drier texture and tends itself to baking and boiling however equally good for the whole spectrum Pumpkins are used for.
