With the traditional Cos Lettuce leaf curve you will be able to harvest Red Gem from early stages through to full maturity enjoying sweet tender crispy taste in a non tight heading Lettuce. Red Gem Lettuce will see you through great small heading Lettuce for a smaller supply need.
