Herb Fennel Florence
Florence Fennel is well known to be a kitchen favourite. Fennel is recongized as a herb and at times referred to as a Fruit however respected as a vegetable that is great for roasting, braising, grilling or munching raw! Florence has upright stalks with thickened leaf stems which become the bulb at the base of the plant. Use the fern type tops as a fresh or dried herb to dishes it will add a licorice type of flavour to foods.
