Standard

We pack orders 5 days a week year around. Your package will be sent out on any of the 5 days a week we post on as we don’t post on Fridays. we only post Monday- Thursday. However should your purchase be not seed based your order will be shipped 5 days a week.

We post all orders through the Standard NZ Post (standard service) shall you wish us to deliver your goods by courier we do work with all freighting firms NZ Wide.

All orders are sent to address provided by the customer.

Orders over $50 value we automatically tracked other orders are sent in good faith.

Shall your order be over 5kg we will automatically be sending it out with a courier company.

If you don’t receive your order typically within 5 days of placing your order please let us know by email (info@theseedwarehouse.co.nz) and we will do our best to find where it is however all un-tracked packages we cant be held responsible for.

We also can’t be held account for packages missing when address/contact details is provided incorrectly so please double check these.

We work closely with NZ Post and any package that can’t be delivered will be returned to us without question.

While we are always able to provide you the greatest service we have to accept that we do occasionally run out of lines if this happens we will be in contact with you by phone or email to provide a second choice or at times when we are busy we will select a line similar which we have in stock.
